We have made it to the ripe old age of 3. After setting up just as the recession started, we feel pretty happy that we are still around 3 years later. Thanks again to all the people we have worked with over the past few years!

Leeds Museums and Galleries Open Show Project

We have recently been working on the branding and print for Leeds Museums and Galleries Open Show Project. 2010 marks the first time the Open Show has been opened up to children and young people to exhibit artworks. The upcoming exhibition will show the journey they have taken to discover and celebrate the artistic talents of young people in Leeds.

You can see the Open Show exhibition upstairs at Leeds Art Gallery 8 August - 19 September 2010.

We are currently sending out this little mailer to attract potential clients. The mailer is made up to look like pharmaceutical packaging and asks the question “Are you suffering from design headaches?”. Inside the box is a Design Healthcheck sheet that lets you know how we can help you with your design headaches. It also showcases our work, our clients and what they have said about working with us. We have been getting a great response to our mailer and we hope to work with lots of new people in the future.

Leeds Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner 2010

Bunny & The Bull DVD Design Competition Winner

SBT have won a competition to design the exclusive HMV DVD cover for Paul King’s brilliant Bunny and the Bull film. The winning design was chosen by Little White Lies magazine, HMV and Paul King himself and will appear in HMV stores nationwide. The Bunny and the Bull is released on DVD March 29 and is available to pre-order now from hmv.com.

Screen Yorkshire DVD Box

Screen Yorkshire approached us with a slightly different project to what we usually design for them. They wanted a DVD case producing to hold 5 DVD’s that have all been filmed in the Yorkshire region. As well as designing the sleeve we were asked to source the print and production for 100 cases. With this being such a small quantity we worked with a local digital printer and a box manufacturer to produce the case at a very good price. This was our first piece of packaging design and are were very happy with the results.
